Visitors to the grand opening will have the opportunity to participate in naming the Museum’s mascot, enter a free raffle, and enjoy light refreshments throughout the day. Admission is $10 for adults and children aged 2 and older. For households participating in the WIC or SNAP programs, admission is $2 for adults and children aged 2 and older. Children under the age of 2 enter free of charge.

“We are excited to open our doors and welcome the Tri-State community to HCM,” said Tosha Pelfrey, Board President at Huntington Children’s Museum. “What began as an online conversation has become a reality through three and a half years of dedication on the part of our board and amazing volunteers.”

The Huntington Children’s Museum is dedicated to fostering curiosity and learning through interactive exhibits designed to engage young minds. Featured exhibits include a water table, interactive sand table, indoor climbing area, and stop-motion video creation station. These hands-on experiences encourage children to explore and learn through play.
