Fundraising: Volunteers will plan and host fundraisers as well as recruit sponsors.

Community Outreach: Volunteers will attend community events with HCM information and STEAM activities, recruit and contact potential new volunteers, identify and connect with possible nonprofit partners, and connect with organizations that provide services to struggling families and children with special needs to ensure inclusivity and accessibility.

Marketing: Volunteers will design a marketing plan, manage social media accounts, update the website, and create flyers.
