Ariana Shives is a social entrepreneur and nonprofit executive dedicated to strengthening West Virginia’s innovation economy through education, technology, and workforce development. She serves as Executive Director of TechConnect West Virginia, leading statewide efforts to support entrepreneurs and small businesses. Ariana previously founded and sold Mastermind Media Works and is now building Alpenglow, a venture studio and consulting platform for founders and mission-driven organizations. She lives in Huntington with her fiancé and their two dogs and is passionate about creating opportunities for communities and families across West Virginia.
