Autumn Starcher-Patton, Ph.D., is a native West Virginian and first-generation college graduate with a deep commitment to community-centered education, STEM outreach, and student success. She currently serves as the Dual Credit Program Manager at Marshall University, where she works to expand access to college-level learning and strengthen pathways between K–12 education and higher education. Previously, Autumn served as an Assistant Professor at Marshall University and 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent with West Virginia University, designing and leading experiential curriculum in agriculture, natural resources, and environmental science with an emphasis on hands-on, inclusive learning. Her work has included STEM education and outreach with youth, mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, advising student organizations, and building partnerships that connect students with community-based learning opportunities. Autumn is passionate about creating engaging educational experiences that spark curiosity and make science accessible to learners of all ages. In her free time, she enjoys watching anime with her husband, gaming with her three children, gardening, and volunteering with her local 4-H club.
