Samantha Sparks

Samantha Sparks serves as the Director of Development at Recovery Point West Virginia, where she leads the organization’s fundraising, marketing, and community outreach initiatives. She focuses on donor engagement, strategic communications, and expanding referral networks to strengthen access to recovery and behavioral health services across the region.

With more than ten years of experience in public education, Samantha brings a deep commitment to community building and child-centered initiatives. She volunteers with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of West Virginia and Read Aloud West Virginia to expand access to books for children in underserved communities, and she is an active member of the Junior League of Huntington.

As a board member of the Huntington Children’s Museum, Samantha contributes to strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement efforts that bring hands-on learning opportunities to families throughout the region.
