Fresh food, healthy choices, and hands-on fun!
Join our friends at Project Healthy Kids for a Kids Pop-Up Farmers Market on Wednesday, September 2, from 10:30–11:30 a.m. Every child will receive a $5 voucher to “shop” for FREE, farm-fresh vegetables from a local market stand. Children can choose the produce they’d like to take home, discover new fruits and vegetables, and pick up recipe cards to help families enjoy their selections together. It’s a fun, hands-on way to build healthy habits while exploring fresh, local foods.
This event is FREE, but tickets are limited. Grownups should reserve a ticket for each child attending—adults do not need a ticket. Advance registration is required, and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to reserve your child’s spot early!
